Still going....

dmvjunior

What an amazing journey so far, we have arrived at Holly Beach Louisiana and although it has been raining a lot the beach is awesome! we are finally past the freeze zone (no overnight below freezing temperatures!) and are loving it. The Lord is good and has sustained us in every way with no major complications or breakdowns and opportunity to meet amazing people along the way.

Having driven across the top of Texas long ago I was surprised how green the southern part is soon after making it past El Paso. It was a pleasant change after so long in the desserts of Arizona and New Mexico, they do have certain beauty but was missing some green in the scenery! The best thing we saw in Texas was at the caves of Sanora (including some pics) which have more than 7 miles of explored areas. We took the guided tour that covers about 2 miles, amazing place! Also enjoyed visiting our first 'Cowboy Church' last Sunday in Beaumont Texas, they sure love Jesus!

Very excited for next Sunday Feb. 2 when we plan to attend Family Worship Center in Baton Rouge Louisiana home of Jimmy Swaggart ministries! (followed by the Super bowl, go Chiefs!) Will be spending a month at reunion lake rv park (were we will take our cruise to the panama canal from) and on to Florida after that.

May the Lord bless you and keep you as we continue Traveling with Jesus!
